Robert Half Legal is proud to partner with a respected midsize defense law firm in their search for a talented Litigation Paralegal. This dynamic contract-to-hire role provides a unique opportunity to support the firm's litigation team with key responsibilities, including discovery, while offering a hybrid work schedule for added work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-level support to attorneys in managing litigation cases, with a focus on the discovery process.

Organize and manage large volumes of case documents, including drafting and responding to discovery requests, subpoenas, and interrogatories.

Assist in document review, electronic discovery (eDiscovery), and preparing for depositions, hearings, and trials.

Maintain case files in an organized and effective manner, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met.

Draft, proofread, and finalize legal correspondence, pleadings, and other case-related documents.

Coordinate communication with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel as needed.

Conduct legal research and assist in deposition and trial preparation.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of litigation paralegal experience, with a demonstrated ability to oversee the discovery process.

Strong knowledge of electronic discovery tools and case management software.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple deadlines, and prioritize work effectively.

Exceptional attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with litigation databases.
