Responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation for the administrative duties for the Nursing Education Department. Effectively communicates via phone and email ensuring that all Administrative Assistant duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
Principal Accountabilities:
Answer & direct phone calls.
Provide information by answering questions & requests
Registration and preparation for classes and events
Maintain office supply and classroom inventory
Payroll assistance
Manage requests for the foundation Continuing Education Fund as needed
Maintain Nursing Education website
Learning Management System: Scorm & upload assessments and PowerPoints as needed
Maintain shared Nursing Education email inbox
Organize & schedule meetings, appointments & catering requests
Record meeting minutes
Maintain contact lists
Maintain bulletin boards
Prepare & monitor invoices/contracts
Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
Room bookings, couriers, etc.
Payroll: Edit and approve as needed and follow up with incorrect charges
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Administration or relevant area.
Experience with the Microsoft suite and Adobe Pro
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
