We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our SVP, Special Music & Live Events for CBS Network Entertainment Programming. This is an onsite role based in Los Angeles, CA.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Answer phones and roll calls

Schedule meetings

Maintain reports for internal & external purposes

Coordinate travel

Complete expense reports

Assist with projects and events as needed

Additional projects and duties as assigned

Will be expected to help on site and work some weekends.

JOB QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:

Work Experience:

1 to 2 years experience working for a television executive, talent agency, or as a Production Assistant

Education:

Bachelors degree preferred

Knowledge/Skills:

Strong passion and working knowledge of the entertainment industry across music, film, and television

Excellent communication, computer, and phone skills

Proactive decision-maker who anticipates needs and solves issues early

Skilled multitasker with speed and accuracy

Collaborative team player with a positive attitude

Confident and professional when interacting with senior executives

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Hiring Salary Range: $50,000.00 - 53,000.00.

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
