This isn't your typical entry-level retail position. Whether you're just starting out or have years of sales experience, you can earn $16.00 to $21.00 per hour in base pay, plus up to $16,000 a year in individual-based commissions if you hit all your sales goals. Planning to go above and beyond? With our commission program, the opportunities are unlimited for employees who exceed their sales goals. Top performers could make an extra $14,500 or more in individual-based commissions, giving you the chance to earn a total of $65,000+ to $73,500+ annually.
