Join the worldwide leader in playing cards and in "play" solutions. Play is what keeps us going, and it always has been our greatest motivation. That's why we live different, play different.
The Manufacturing Project Manager will be responsible for leading a high-visibility initiative focused on onboarding a new Trading Card Game (TCG) customer and launching a new product line. This project requires a unique blend of manufacturing project management expertise, customer relationship management, and cross-functional leadership. Unlike a traditional board game customer, TCG requirements demand heightened precision, quality, and compliance standards. This role will serve as the central point of coordination, ensuring all internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders are aligned to deliver on time, within scope, and to the customer's expectations.
What you'll do as a Manufacturing Project Manager:
Serve as the primary internal project lead for the new customer and product line onboarding initiative, ensuring alignment between customer requirements and internal capabilities.
Develop, maintain, and track the master project plan, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and mitigation actions.
Coordinate across all key functions - manufacturing, engineering, quality, supply chain, HR, business development, and customer service - to ensure deliverables are met.
Partner closely with Business Development and Customer Service to manage the customer journey and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Facilitate regular project status updates and communication to stakeholders, escalating risks and issues promptly.
Hold stakeholders accountable to project commitments, intervening when delays or issues arise to drive resolution and maintain schedule.
Ensure all phases of the project meet applicable safety, regulatory, and quality requirements.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the onboarding process for future customers and product lines.
We're looking for a Manufacturing Project Manager with:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Industrial Management, Manufacturing, Business, or a related field (required).
PMP certification (preferred).
Minimum of 7 years' experience in project or program management within manufacturing, product launch, or customer onboarding environments.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and new product introduction requirements.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects with competing priorities.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Monday.com).
Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
Experience working with high-specification or regulated products preferred.
Experience in the gaming, trading card, or related consumer product industries.
Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement practices.
Experience interfacing directly with customers during onboarding or implementation projects.
