Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Salt Lake City, Utah. This is a Contract-to-Permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity to showcase your customer service skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing high call volumes and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

Responsibilities:

Handle incoming customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring timely resolution.

Provide exceptional support to clients in both Spanish and English, maintaining a high standard of communication.

Manage high call volumes while maintaining a calm and organized approach.

Resolve customer service issues by identifying solutions and addressing concerns promptly.

Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery and effective problem-solving.

Document and update customer interactions in the system accurately.

Stay informed about company products and services to provide knowledgeable assistance.

Assist in improving customer satisfaction by actively identifying areas for improvement.

Adhere to company policies and procedures while delivering superior service.

Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times. Requirements - Fluency in both Spanish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Previous experience in a call center or customer service role.

Proven ability to manage high call volumes effectively.

Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Familiarity with documentation processes and customer interaction tools.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
