Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated and proactive Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be an integral part of the administrative support team, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication across departments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Hillsboro, OR

Pay Range: 25.00

Shift: Days (03:00-05:00)

What's the Job?

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team and management staff.

Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation for various projects and activities.

Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.

Support internal communication efforts and facilitate information flow across departments.

What's Needed?

High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree or related experience preferred.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
