Shift Manager, you will have a genuine passion for guest service, top

Responsibilities (\Essential Functions) \Carry out management
responsibilities in accordance with the organization\'s policies and
applicable laws. Responsibilities include but are not limited to
interviewing, hiring, and training team members; scheduling and
motivating team members; planning, assigning, and directing work;
appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining team members;
addressing complaints; and resolving problems. Plan, direct, and
monitor the daily valet operations on assigned shift to ensure smooth
and efficient operations. Conduct daily pre-shift meetings, establish
reports, attend department operation meetings, delegate tasks
effectively, anticipate the needs of guests and team members, and
encourage team member feedback. Use independent judgement to resolve
difficult guest situations with positive resolution. Adhere to all
Department of Transportation (DOT) rules and regulations. Assist in
processing all levels of Potawatomi Hotel & Casino (PH&C) card holder
and guest payment transactions for valet services in a timely and
accurate manner. Control pace and quantity of production, minimizing
down time. Ensure safe storage and proper handling of guest items in
valet and coat check area. Ensure full compliance with departmental
Internal Controls, policies, procedures, and regulations. Perform other
duties as assigned. Job Qualifications A high school diploma or
equivalent is required and 1 year of valet driving experience is
preferred. One year of supervisory experience is required. Prior
knowledge of DOT rules and regulations, preferred. Must have a valid,
unexpired Wisconsin Driver\'s License. Must have and maintain an
acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR). The ability to successfully
achieve Responsible Alcohol certification within 90 days. Office skills
must include the ability to use standard office equipment and general
knowledge of Microsoft Office. Prior experience working with a
point-of-sale system is preferred. The ability to maintain discretion in
handling confidential information. The ability to interact with guests
and team members at all levels of the organization professionally,
including the ability to speak in front of small groups. The ability to
work irregular hours and extended shifts including late nights, early
mornings, weekends, and holidays. While performing the duties of this
job, the team member is required to talk, hear, stand, sit, walk, climb,
balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and move freely throughout the office and
property for duration of scheduled shift. The team member is frequently
required to use hands to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls, and
reach with hands and arms. The team member must be able to operate a
personal computer/point-of-sale (POS) system. The team member may be
required to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects up to 25 pounds on
a regular basis and up to 60 pounds occasionally, with assistance. Team
member must wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) while
performing job duties. Specific vision abilities required by this job
include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision,
depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Working Conditions
The noise level is usually moderate to loud. When on the casino floor
the noise level increases. The facility is not smoke free. While
performing the duties of this job, the team member is exposed to outdoor
