Senior Sales Manager - Supply Chain ServicesLocation: St. Petersburg, FL

The Senior Sales Manager - Supply Chain Services will lead a high-performing sales team focused on driving growth in Jabil's semiconductor distribution business across all commercial verticals. This role is both strategic and customer-facing, responsible for new business development, account management, and building long-term partnerships. The ideal candidate will be skilled in developing account strategies, managing the sales funnel, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver tailored supply chain solutions.

What can you expect to do?

Build, lead, and develop a team of sales representatives focused on supply chain services and semiconductor distribution.

Train and coach the team on account attack plans, opportunity qualification, and funnel management.

Oversee the full sales cycle-from opportunity intake to sourcing coordination and customer response.

Drive new business development through strategic outreach, relationship building, and solution selling.

Manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.

Collaborate with internal teams (sourcing, planning, operations, finance) to align solutions with customer needs.

Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitive activity to inform strategy and positioning.

Represent Jabil in customer meetings, presentations, and negotiations at local, regional, and global levels.

Ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline reporting, and performance tracking across the team.

What is the experience needed to be successful in this role?

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.

10+ years of experience in sales or business development in franchise or independent distribution of electronic components.

Proven leadership experience in building and managing sales teams.

Ability to distinguish between profitable deals and volume-driven opportunities, ensuring strategic growth and margin protection.

Strong understanding of supply chain services, sourcing processes, and commercial verticals.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Willingness to travel 50% as needed.
