Customer Care Representative

We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Care Representative to support our B2B clients through phone, email, fax, and live chat. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy solving problems, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

What You'll Do

Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone (40+ calls/day), email, fax, and chat.

Accurately enter orders and respond to quote requests, product questions, and order updates.

Take full ownership of customer issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

Provide shipment tracking, pricing information, and return processing support.

Collaborate cross-functionally to support sales teams and internal departments.

Maintain and update customer account information in CRM and ERP systems.

What You Bring

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

2+ years of customer service experience (office or retail)

Strong computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, data entry, system navigation)

Professional phone handling experience (call center, office, or retail leadership)

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Salesforce, ERP/CRM systems

Experience in account management or sales support

Prior call center or resolution-focused customer service experience

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
