Project Manager, Product Data Operations

Summary:

Meta is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join the Product Data Operations (PDO) team. PDO provides data and insights that power machine learning and AI at the core of all Meta products. As a Project Manager on PDO, you will be responsible for managing various data programs end-to-end, including data labeling, annotation, and collection. You will work cross-functionally to optimize existing programs, proactively surface insights, and provide recommendations for product improvement. Additionally, you will actively engage with colleagues and partners to enhance operational processes across the organization.In this role, you could have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects that shape the future of AI and AI experiences, or contribute to the development of innovative hardware products. Your expertise in project management will help drive the success of PDO's initiatives, ensuring the delivery of high-quality data and insights that power Meta's products.

Required Skills:

Project Manager, Product Data Operations Responsibilities:

Manage multiple data, collection, annotation, and labeling projects end-to-end, including working with Engineering, Researchers, vendors, and other cross-functional stakeholders

Own project success metrics and timelines

Help establish team goals and work with multiple stakeholders on strategies for executing, measuring progress, and reporting results

Proactively identify opportunities to improve operations, tooling, and implement scalable solutions

Minimum Qualifications:

5+ years of proven experience with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects

Experience working independently and a track record of taking initiative

Communication, presentation, and project management reporting experience

Experience analyzing and solving problems

Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with SQL

Understanding of Meta Reality Labs products

Experience working with data sets

Public Compensation:

$93,000/year to $136,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
