Shift: Varied

Evening Shift Differential: $2.00/hour

Night Shift Differential: $2.50/hour

Hours: 2 weekend shifts a month. Weekdays as able.

SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Renders Physical Therapy evaluations and treatment procedures and techniques appropriate to the needs of individual patients. Assesses, treats, and cares for patients of all ages.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

Bachelor's degree in physical therapy from a CAPTE-certified program and completion of clinical rotations required.

Currently licensed to practice as a Physical Therapist by the state of employment. If working under a temporary license, a Physical Therapy license in the state of employment must be obtained within three (3) months of employment.

AHA BLS required prior to orientation completion
