Position Summary

This is a customer service and warehouse operations role , supporting both on-site customer engagement and Branch warehouse activities . The ideal candidate is proactive, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where both front-line customer interaction and hands-on operational work are key to success.

You'll spend time on-site with customers , ensuring exceptional service, managing product inquiries, and supporting vending and solutions programs - as well as in the warehouse , accurately picking, packing, shipping, and receiving inventory to keep operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support & On-Site Service

Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries regarding orders, scheduling, and product delivery.

Provide exceptional customer service through accurate order entry, clear communication, and efficient issue resolution.

Accurately enter quotes and orders into the ERP system.

Support the operation and troubleshooting of vending machines, wireless warehouse systems, and other automated solutions.

Monitor and maintain customer-specific inventory levels, including Min/Max and safety stock.

Act as a liaison between account managers, specialists, and other internal teams to address customer needs.

Follow all customer-specific on-site guidelines, safety procedures, and required training.

Warehouse Operations

Accurately and efficiently pick, pack, and process customer orders and transfers using ERP and Wireless Warehouse Management Systems (WWMS).

Prepare and ship orders using ERP and shipping systems, ensuring proper documentation and labeling.

Receive incoming purchase orders and transfers promptly, accurately recording receipts and resolving discrepancies.

Put stock away quickly and accurately in designated warehouse locations.

Perform cycle counts and inventory checks to maintain accuracy and meet company standards.

Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.

Maintain open communication with management regarding impediments or improvement opportunities.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and satisfactory driving record.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel).

Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Prophet 21) preferred.

Ability to learn and operate forklifts; basic understanding of 5S and ISO practices a plus.

Positive, can-do attitude with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Physical Demands

Frequent standing and walking, with regular reaching and lifting.

Ability to lift 25-50 lbs consistently , and up to 75 lbs occasionally .

Comfortable performing repetitive tasks with hands and arms.

Occasional work from ladders or awkward positions during warehouse tasks.

Experience & Education

2-3 years of relevant customer service or warehouse experience preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Previous experience in a customer-facing or distribution/warehouse environment is strongly preferred but not required.

Pay Details: $36,800.00 to $54,800.00 per year
