Description

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team in Waltham, Massachusetts. In this long-term contract role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth operation of administrative functions, supporting daily tasks, and enhancing office efficiency. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a detail-oriented environment while sharpening your skills.

Responsibilities:

Perform accurate data entry tasks to maintain and update office records and databases.

Provide general administrative support, including scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.

Organize and maintain office files, ensuring proper documentation and easy retrieval.

Collaborate with team members to facilitate smooth workflow and resolve administrative challenges.

Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed.

Monitor office supplies and coordinate inventory replenishment to ensure availability.

Support various office operations by performing additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements - Proven experience in administrative assistance or a similar role.

Strong proficiency in answering inbound calls and managing phone systems.

Familiarity with office administration practices and procedures.

Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to handle receptionist responsibilities with a focus on detail and efficiency.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in common office software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
