The Supply Chain Terms and Negotiations Associate Director is a key role within the Raytheon Supply Chain Organization. The team leader will be responsible for developing and implementing supplier contract negotiation strategies with high impact suppliers across multiple commodities. The Centralized Supply Chain Contracts Associate Director will establish standard work for pricing and terms agreements that will enable Purchase Order efficiencies and optimize supply chain costs.
Position will have a Hybrid work schedule
What You Will Do:
Develop standard work related to Raytheon supply chain terms and pricing agreements
Create critical agreements across commodities that help support business requirements, reduce cost, reduce administrative burden, and de-risk the business
Engage with suppliers, RTX corporate teams, and various Raytheon functions (program, proposal, procurement, and engineering)
Implement effective communication skills, present contracts and negotiation strategies to Senior Leadership
Lead a high performing team and develop talent across the organization
Create contract language
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience or an advanced degree and 10 years experience.
Extensive knowledge of FAR/DFAR and complex negotiation skills such as fact finding, cost and pricing analysis, and contracting strategies.

Qualifications We Prefer:
Strong understanding of all contract @types - from new development through production and operates across all contractual mechanisms (Core Defense, FMS, DCS, etc).
Must be a subject matter expert in negotiating RTX's Master Terms Agreements (MTAs) and RTX Standard Terms and Conditions of Purchase
Detailed understanding of Major Subcontract Negotiation and Management, Planning systems (PRISM) and Processes.
Above average data analysis skills to analyze complex situations.
Experience in developing, improving and/or managing internal or external supplier relationships
Experiencing leading a team with hiring, firing, promotion and reward authority
Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills, communicates effectively with multiple levels, both internally and externally
Experience defining cross-organizational/company-wide strategy including driving alignment
Focus on results and outcome, not just process
Strong financial acumen, demonstrated understanding of macro-economic factors and interdependencies in a global supply chain
Ability to understand complex contract terms and develop negotiation positions that maximize Raytheon's position and mitigates contractual risks
Broad experience with the commodities and supply base utilized across Raytheon's supply chain
Ability to collaborate across each of the RTX Businesses to optimize contract leverage
Willingness to travel 25% of time

The salary range for this role is 147,000 USD - 295,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
