Join a high-impact transformation team where finance meets innovation. As a Finance Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in reshaping how Division Finance operates-leveraging financial and data systems, driving strategic initiatives, and influencing organizational change across the company
What you'll do
Lead and contribute to transformation projects that influence business decisions, challenge legacy processes, and redefine the mission of Division Finance
Design and evolve training frameworks for Division Finance teams, ensuring alignment with transformation goals and operational excellence
Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple Division Finance teams, acting as a connector and advocating for change
Coordinates near and long-term planning activities to ensure consistency and compliance with corporate action plans
Manage up effectively by delivering consistent, insightful reporting on organizational initiatives, including process maps, initiative rationale, and value creation
Coordinate near- and long-term planning activities in alignment with corporate strategies
Integrate training into broader transformation efforts by aligning learning objectives with organizational goals, ensuring that every training touchpoint reinforces the "why" and the value behind each initiative
All you'll need for success
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience/training
2-3 years of related work experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and the full MS Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
?Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Alteryx
Working knowledge of SQL, Python/R, SAP, Hyperion, or other ERP systems is a plus
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
Superior analytical skills with an understanding of discounted cash flow analysis, forecasting techniques and variance analysis
Curious, self-driven, and passionate about finding better, faster, and scalable ways to work with data
Adaptability and flexibility in the use of analytical approaches pertaining to financial issues
Capacity to assimilate, synthesize, and analyze, large volumes of data
Excellent teamwork skills, with proven ability to work effectively in a variety of situations
Ability to accept ownership, responsibility and accountability of functional obligations
Proven success in a team environment and ability to influence change
Ability to prioritize tasks, work well with little supervision, and manage a number of projects simultaneously
Skilled in Microsoft Office Software (e.g., Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
Ability to create and deliver PowerPoint presentations to all levels within the organization including Vice President and above
