Overview

Position: Physical Therapist - Center Manager (Outpatient Orthopedics)

Location: NovaCare - Pikesville, Baltimore, MD

Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours/week)

Compensation: Starting at $85,000

Incentives: Up to $20,000 sign-on bonus and/or indefinite student loan assistance

NovaCare's Pikesville outpatient orthopedic center is seeking a passionate, licensed physical therapist to step into a Center Manager role-leading a dynamic team while delivering exceptional patient care.

Our clinic serves a diverse population ranging from teens to older adults. We offer a wide range of specialty services, including:

Sports Medicine

Aquatic Therapy

Work Conditioning

Concussion Management

Fall & Injury Prevention

LSVT BIG

General Orthopedics

This is a treating leadership role , ideal for a physical therapist with at least three years of outpatient orthopedic experience . Prior management experience is a plus, but not required-our leadership development programs are designed to support your growth and success.

As Center Manager, you'll oversee a respected team of clinicians, ensuring high-quality care and operational excellence. You'll play a key role in shaping the patient experience and fostering a collaborative, supportive clinic culture.

Responsibilities

Assume responsibility of our center and uphold executive decisions

Utilize our local community network to partner with physicians, employers, payors and case managers to achieve optimal patient outcomes

Help grow and manage our center's physician relationships and patient portfolios

Expand and develop a team of talented PTs and physical therapist assistants (PTAs)

Partner with philanthropic programs and events to give back to the community

Participate in industry-leading continuing education opportunities

Qualifications

Must be a graduate of anaccredited school of physical therapy

Valid State Physical Therapist License is required to start

CPR Certification
