Job Posting: Temp-to-Hire Customer Service Representative

Location: Honolulu, Hawaii

Pay Rate: $20/hr

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

Job Summary

Kelly Services is now hiring a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our client's dental service team in Honolulu. If you are passionate about providing excellent customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Answer and manage incoming calls and emails from customers

Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally

Provide information about services offered by the dental practice

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Assist with billing and payment processes

Perform administrative support tasks as needed

Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent

1+ year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a dental or healthcare setting

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts effectively

Competence with computer systems and scheduling software

Reliability with strong time management skills
