Description We are looking for a highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Rialto, California. In this contract role, you will play a key part in managing records retention processes, ensuring accurate documentation, and maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive files. This position requires a meticulous individual with strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities:

Organize and categorize workers' compensation files by date, adhering to records retention policies.

Maintain detailed and accurate records using Excel spreadsheets for tracking and organization purposes.

Review and handle sensitive and confidential information while following data protection standards.

Perform audits to verify completeness and accuracy of records.

Provide general administrative support related to records retention tasks.

Collaborate with team members to ensure all documentation is properly managed.

Assist in the development of efficient filing and archiving systems.

Prepare reports and summaries related to records retention activities.

Identify discrepancies in documentation and take corrective actions as needed. Requirements - At least 2 years of experience in administrative or records management roles.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry and file tracking.

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work with confidential information and maintain discretion.

Self-motivated and capable of working independently.

Previous experience in managing sensitive documents is preferred.

Strong communication skills for coordinating with team members.
