What you'll do

Deliver thought leadership and strategic analysis to address complex opportunities and challenges within AT&T's wireline transformation and supply chain organization.

Provide fact-based negotiation support, leveraging industry analytics and competitive event strategies to optimize third-party engagements.

Develop and present best-in-class market intelligence, including M&A monitoring, supplier financial health assessments, and supply chain visibility.

Design creative solutions that drive meaningful transformation in operational efficiency and cost structure.

Build and manage financial and operational models using multiple data sources to support strategic initiatives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects and recommendations to AT&T's senior leadership.

What you'll need

At least 5 years of experience in management consulting, analytics, strategy, or a related field.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to deconstruct complex problems and develop structured, data-driven solutions.

Experience developing and utilizing financial and operational models from diverse data sources.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results against tight deadlines.

Excellent oral and written communication skills, including experience presenting to senior stakeholders.

What you'll bring

Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Applied Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related supply chain field (required).

Demonstrated experience leading or supporting strategic projects in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or other highly analytical roles.

Background in the telecommunications or technology industries (preferred).

Exposure to software, mechanical, and electrical engineering concepts (preferred).

MBA (preferred).

A record of effective teamwork, leadership, and intellectual curiosity.

Compensation : Our Senior Strategy Consultants earn between $130,700- 196,100 USD Annual in Dallas, TX. Senior Strategy Consultants earn between $116,700 - $175,100 USD Annual in Atlanta, GA. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
