Production Worker - Can Start

Pay: $25-26/hr and bumped $5-7 after 120 working days

Job Description

Join a dynamic team as a Production Worker, where you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing and distribution of chemicals for industrial, food, and pharmaceutical products. This position requires you to stage shipments, operate a sit-down forklift, and ensure correct labeling and chemical filling.

Responsibilities

Stage products for shipments.

Move products using a sit-down forklift.

Correctly label and fill chemicals.

Fill, clean, and re-label totes.

Complete manual fills as needed.

Load and unload trucks using a forklift.

Essential Skills

3+ years of experience in a production environment, preferably GMP regulated.

3+ years of forklift experience.

Ability to read a tape measure.

Must be safety-oriented and able to follow instructions.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with chemical handling and labeling.

Knowledge of GMP standards.

Work Environment

Work in a chemical environment that is maintained clean for the @type of work conducted, despite being inherently dirty. Employees are equipped with protective gear, including face shields, glasses, and full rubber suits when handling chemicals. The environment may have a smell of ammonia or chlorine. The role operates on a 1st shift schedule from Monday to Friday, 7 am to 3:30 pm.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.12 - $25.00/hr.
