What You'll Do:
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and assist with emergency response activities as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and promote a secure environment.
Observe and report any suspicious activities or security-related concerns encountered during patrols.
Communicate clearly with team members and site management regarding incidents and ongoing security-related matters.
Assist visitors, customers, and/or employees with questions or directions as needed while maintaining a professional presence.

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available
Minimum Requirements:
A valid driver's license is required for positions that involve driving, in accordance with Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements.
A Guard Card is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
