As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within an aerospace and defense location, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing exceptional customer service. What You'll Do:
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support the security-related needs of the location.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related incidents in accordance with Allied Universal policies and client site instructions.
Assist with controlling access to restricted areas and monitor entry points to help to deter unauthorized access.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and employees while upholding Allied Universal standards.
Maintain detailed and accurate logs and reports of daily activities, incidents, and/or irregularities encountered during patrols.
What We're Looking For:
Availability across various days and shifts
Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments
A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company
Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available
Minimum Requirements:
An active Department of Defense Secret Clearance is required.
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.
CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
