See what employees have to say about working at MHR! www.mhresources.org/careers MHR is looking for a licensed LP, LICSW, LMFT, or LPCC to join our Mental Health Outreach Clinic (MHOC) as an independent contractor. Therapists provide counseling to adults living with serious mental illness in their preferred environment. Many individuals also experience co-occurring substance abuse concerns, complex physical health issues, and the profound effects of trauma on their overall well-being. A few of the benefits offered: Flexible schedule: Full-time or part-time hours. Documentation support using Eleos Scribe, Augmented Intelligence which reduces documentation time and supports evidenced-based care. Operate own private practice in association with an established mental health provider. Laptop computer and Wi-Fi provided to access EMR in the community. Referral process is managed by MHR, so no additional marketing is required. Billing services are provided at a cost competitive admin fee. On-line consultation group is available to therapists once a month. MHOC is designated as an Essential Community Provider (a health care provider that serves high-risk, special needs, and underserved individuals). Main Duties & Responsibilities: Therapists conduct diagnostic assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide individual, couples, and family therapy in the Twin Cities metro area. Therapy services are provided either in the person s home or by telehealth. There will be a combination of both meeting options on the caseload. Minimum of 10 clients on caseload. Minimum Education & Experience: Master s degree in social work, psychology or human services related field.Licensed as LICSW, LPCC, LP, or LMFT in the State of Minnesota. 2 years post licensure experience in providing therapy services. * Skilled in the process of identifying and assessing individuals with SPMI; conducting diagnostic assessments, developing individual treatment plans, providing evidenced-based treatment strategies, and record keeping as per DHS standards.
