As the DWI Services Deployment Manager, you are responsible for the Deployment of DWI eCharging services, applications and system enhancements to qualified criminal justice agencies throughout the state. The position will provide training to law enforcement personnel throughout the State of Minnesota on how to fully utilize the DWI eCharging program and then provide ongoing support for the system users. The position will plan and coordinate the schedules and work of internal and external stakeholders, service providers, users and support. The position will build and maintain positive service provider relationships with agencies statewide and ensuring effective and efficient product performance. The position will document improved business processes and system improvements at the user agency level. This includes understanding and adhering to all standards and guidelines for system and network security on the Criminal Justice Data Network (CJDN) and understanding the integration between systems. The position will work with criminal justice business processes and information systems and local Information Technology representatives to gain access to the CJDN through the agency's local network to provide the on-line eCharging training. The position will diagnose and resolve technical issues that arise during and after a DWI training deployment. The position, in consultation with the eCharging Product Manager and MNJIS senior management, is responsible for maintaining a positive service provider relationship with local agencies statewide, developing a deployment plan for DWI services as assigned and executing the necessary coordination with law enforcement agencies and their IT departments to implement that plan. The position will identify and document workflow as it applies to DWI criminal and civil business processes at each entity sufficient to identify and communicate to the customers how their business processes may change as a result of using DWI eCharging. This position requires quarterly and annual grant reporting. Finally, this position requires project management and organizational skills necessary to coordinate planning, training, and deployment of DWI eCharging for assigned law enforcement customers.
This position will have the option of teleworking up to two (2) days per week.

Minimum Qualifications
Four (4) years of experience in local, state, and regional, project-level planning. *A bachelor's degree in a closely related field, as determined by the agency, may substitute for one (1) year of experience, and a master's degree may substitute for eighteen (18) months of experience.
Experience to include all of the following:
Working knowledge of the MN DWI statutes
DWI enforcement
Working with criminal justice data systems/applications
Identifying business requirements for existing or future products and creating and presenting business documents
Strong written and verbal communication skills sufficient to develop and deliver presentations/training to internal and external customers
Ability to formulate, initiate, and lead problem analysis and resolution
Ability to work cooperatively with individuals from diverse backgrounds
Preferred Qualifications
Degree in criminal justice, public administration, information technology, or related field.
Experience managing software tools/products.
Experience in troubleshooting end-user software-related issues.
Experience with facilitating training in a classroom setting.
Business analysis or process improvement experience.
Physical Requirements
Requires occasionally moving and transporting such articles as file folders and small tools. May need to maintain a stationary position for long periods of time while carrying out job duties.
