We're Hiring: Clerical Administrative Assistant

Location: Blanchester, OH

Job Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire

Salary: $23.00 an hour

Start Date: Immediate Opening

Position Summary:

A reputable and thriving manufacturing facility located in Blanchester, OH is seeking an entry- to mid-level Clerical Assistant to support day-to-day administrative functions. This role offers an excellent opportunity for growth within the organization and may lead to full-time employment with a potential career path into Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, and document management

Answer phones, take messages, and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members

Assist in maintaining accurate records and organizing confidential files

Assist with Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and support HR-related documentation

Scan documents

Provide administrative support across departments as needed

Qualifications:

Must have a resume

High school diploma or equivalent required

1+ year of clerical or administrative experience preferred (but not required)

3+ years of retail key holder/management experience is also accepted

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Must be Self-motivated

Interest in Human Resources or office administration is a plus

Pay Details: $23.00 per hour
