Responsibility:

As an amazing manager, you will be expected to delight every customer. You will ensure health and safety regulations, and Wendys policies and procedures are met. Most importantly you will provide quality products; for us that means fresh never frozen burgers, and fresh cracked eggs for breakfast! However, dont forget to smile, bring your passion and dedication. This is all it takes to be a great member of our team.

Qualifications

Proven experience in staff training and management within the food service industry

Strong background in hospitality and kitchen management

Proficiency in supervising teams and conducting interviews

Familiarity with food preparation and inventory control

Experience with POS systems

Knowledge of casual and fine dining environments, as well as catering and banquet services

Pay rate is DOE and availability

All employees must be at least 16 years of age and possess all documents and permits required by state and federal law.
