Our client, a manufacturing facility is seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join their team as a 1st Shift Operator. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic environment supporting the plant operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate resilience, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: 1st Shift Operator

Location: Crothersville, IN

Pay Range: $17

Shift: 5am-5pm, Monday through Friday, with mandatory overtime up to 10-12 hours per shift, averaging 55 hours weekly

What's the Job?

Operate equipment in a non-air-conditioned plant environment

Handle and lift products weighing up to 50 lbs

Follow ingredient lists accurately to ensure proper mixing of materials

Climb ladders to access different levels of the plant as needed

Maintain safety standards by wearing steel toe shoes and safety glasses at all times

What's Needed?

Minimum of 1 year experience in finish work manufacturing or similar manual labor roles

High School diploma or GED

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy loads

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions

Willingness to work in a dirty, physically intensive environment
