Job Title: Warehouse - Inventory

Job Description

This position is responsible for the facilitation and timely release and closing of manufacturing orders to the warehouse floor for picking, packing, and shipping. You will ensure that manufacturing orders have parts in inventory before releasing them for picking. Additionally, you will correct discrepancies and work closely with the Warehouse Supervisor to ensure a smooth and continuous workflow for the warehouse personnel.

Responsibilities

Verify inventory parts are available before releasing manufacturing orders for picking.

Facilitate the smooth release and closing of manufacturing orders to the warehouse floor.

Correct discrepancies on work orders in a timely manner.

Maintain a cooperative and effective working relationship with co-workers.

Communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of management.

Demonstrate a positive attitude when working with co-workers.

Essential Skills

Experience with Warehouse operations and Inventory management.

Proficiency in using SAP and familiarity with Pick and Pack processes.

Knowledge of Shipping and Receiving procedures.

Ability to operate a Forklift.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Ideal candidate has a minimum of 1 year experience at each previous company.

Work Environment

The workplace consists of a campus with four buildings, including two locker rooms and a full gym accessible during breaks or before and after work. The assembly department operates on a line with work benches equipped with all necessary tools. The team currently consists of over 30 members. The work hours are from 6 am to 3:30 pm, adhering to the first shift.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Carpinteria, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.
