Now Hiring : Warehouse Associate (Temp-to-Hire)

Location: Hobbs, NM

Pay rate: $22-$24 per hour, depending on experience (DOE)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team in Hobbs, NM! This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a reputable temp service. If you're reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Pulling out pallets and general warehouse duties

Sweeping floors and maintaining cleanliness

Forklift operation (30% stand-up forklift inside, larger forklift outside)

Other warehouse tasks as needed (70% of duties)

Ability to lift 50 pounds or more

Schedule & Pay:

Monday-Friday, 6am-4pm or 5pm (schedule may vary - earlier or later some days)

Occasional Saturdays and overtime may be required

Pay rate: $22-$24 per hour, depending on experience (DOE)

Requirements:

Willing to work flexible hours and overtime as needed

Open to applicants with or without forklift experience - we are willing to train!

Can safely lift 50+ pounds

Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
