Our client, a locally owned and operated, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be an integral part of the administrative department, supporting various functions and ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant, Temp to Hire position

Location: Brookston, IN

Pay Range: $20-$22 BOE

Shift: Day shift 45 hours a week

What's the Job?

Perform document scanning and database administration to ensure data integrity.

Input and update data entries efficiently and accurately.

Provide exceptional customer service to clients and team members.

Assist with any/all office needs

What's Needed?

Proficiency in MS Excel, and document scanning processes.

Experience in database administration and data entry.

Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage account relationships and perform administrative tasks efficiently.
