Kelly® is seeking an Administrative Assistant to work in Moscow, PA.

Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:

$17/hour

8am-4pm Mon-Friday

A typical day as an Administrative Assistant:

Handling clerical duties, including entering bills and invoices into QuickBooks.

Answering incoming phone calls and managing correspondence.

Opening mail and eventually posting payments to QuickBooks.

Compiling information for the department and preparing invoices for customers.

Requirements:

QuickBooks experience preferred

Prior office experience in a fast-paced environment.

Detail-oriented & a team player

Willing to learn and adapt to new tasks as needed.
