We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in supporting operational efficiency through accurate documentation, customer communication, and financial processing. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to maintaining compliance and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

Create and reconcile work orders with precision and timeliness

Generate and process invoices in accordance with company procedures

Communicate professionally with customers, employees, and managers

Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with SOX control activities

Perform administrative duties under moderate to limited supervision

Compose, prepare, review, and process documents requiring independent judgment

Utilize Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other department-specific systems

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company data and matters

Collaborate effectively within the department and across inter-departmental teams

Recommend procedural improvements to enhance customer service and operational efficiency

Apply problem-solving skills and initiative to resolve administrative challenges

Basic Qualifications

High school diploma or GED

Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Experience with timekeeping and financial systems preferred

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
