This internship will be onsite in Duluth, MN from May 2026 through August 2026.

Job Duties:

Participate as member of a team of professional and dedicated employees.

Receive on-the-job training and experience working with reporting, analytics, etc.

Develop skills vitally important in today's fast-paced work environment including analytical skills, team-based interaction, goal setting and strategic planning, the ability to work under pressure, listening and organizational skills, among others.

This position will be project based with cross-functional experiences within audit, internal controls, accounting research, policy and procedures.

Qualifications:

College junior or senior with emphasis in accounting, business, or related field.

A self-starter.

Excellent communication and writing skills.

Must enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment.

Research & problem-solving skills.

Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Excel, Keynote, Word, and PowerPoint, with experience in social media platforms and ability to learn other internal database programs.

Additional Requirements:

Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen & background check.

Must be able to complete entire duration of internship.

Must be able to secure local housing for duration of internship.
