What You'll Do:
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies in a hotel environment.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the hotel property and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.
Monitor entrances, exits, and other key areas of the hotel to observe and report any unusual activity or potential hazards.
Assist guests, staff, and visitors with security-related inquiries and provide directions or information as needed.
Work closely with hotel management and Allied Universal team members to address security-related concerns and support emergency response activities.
Maintain detailed and accurate reports of daily activities, incidents, and observations as required by site procedures.
What We're Looking For:
Availability across various days and shifts
Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments
A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company
Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available
Minimum Requirements:
CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
A valid Guard Card or security license issued by the state, county, or city is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 plus years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
