You'll make an impact by:
Developing strategic programs: Deeply understand the problem and pain points, identify data-driven solutions that are executable, and clearly articulate the strategy and goals of each program to ensure the capabilities are built accordingly.
Leading the execution plan: Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure the program plan is properly executed, starting from creation of Business Requirement Documents to follow-through on Go-To-Market initiatives and adoption metrics.
Operating with excellence: Execute with the highest standards and represent the marketplace across the organization.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Business, Analytics, or related areas.
3+ years of experience in E-Commerce or related areas.
3+ years of experience in leading and completing cross-functional projects, influencing internal and stakeholders
Strong data analytics skills (Excel, SQL, Power BI)
