Freedom Mortgage Moorestown, New Jersey, United States of America Operations Full time Remote Summary:The Manager, Operations CA/LRA role provides leadership support for Customer Advocates and/or Loan Analysts. Proactively resolves operational issues and coordinates activities and processes within a function. Responsible for achieving identified operational goals as well as reporting. Responsible for monitoring the functional pipeline and support production management to ensure loans move through the process in an efficient, and effective manner.Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: - Drives operational excellence- Monitors pipelines, inventory, and aging.- Manages team and individuals to meet / exceed quality and productivity performance.- Builds and maintains high performance function; effectively manage employee performance (people management).- Provide individual and team training as needed. Assist in design, development, and delivery of training materials that effectively train individuals to perform required tasks. Ensure teammates meet all required annual training requirements.- Ensure adherence to all policy and procedures.- Proactively resolves operational issues and coordinates activities and processes within line function.- Focus on continuously improving customer service levels- Comply with all company policies and procedures.- Maintain regular and punctual attendance.Other Job Duties and Responsibilities: Performs other related duties as assigned.Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has direct reports. Manages staff and carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.Qualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally (both oral and written) with Account Executives and or clients.- Ability to handle difficult scenarios when they arise and diffuse situations accurately with a positive outcome.- Must be dependable and responsible to work in a remote location; proficient at process flow management.- Must have specific knowledge of mortgage documents and FHA/VA/Conventional guidelinesEducation and/or Experience:- High School Diploma or GED and 7+ years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.- College Degree Preferred- Other preferred experience:Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:None RequiredWork Complexity:Problems and issues faced are moderately complex. Problems typically impact own department and maybe other departments. Problems are typically solved through drawing from prior experience and analysis of issues.Work Environment:The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
