Role summary:
The Manager, Facilities Maintenance Operations, leads the oversight and execution of HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, and critical power maintenance across multiple sites. What you'll do:
Direct and oversee HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, and critical power maintenance operations to ensure facility efficiency and compliance.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs and standard operating procedures to optimize system performance.
Manage budgets, approve expenditures, and evaluate return on investment for capital projects and staffing needs.
Supervise and mentor associates, establish performance expectations, and promote continuous development.
Coordinate vendor and contractor activities, monitor project timelines, and resolve operational issues.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and sustainability initiatives.
Analyze data trends to improve maintenance processes and control costs effectively.
What you'll bring:
Proven experience managing HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, and critical power maintenance operations.
Strong ability to evaluate facility needs, equipment efficiency, and energy reduction strategies.
Expertise in developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs and standard operating procedures.
Demonstrated skills in project management, including prioritizing work, supervising teams, and ensuring timely completion.
Proficiency in budget development, cost control, and financial oversight related to maintenance operations.
Knowledge of regulatory compliance and sustainability initiatives within facility management.
Effective leadership and team development capabilities, including coaching and performance evaluation.
Competence in inventory management, invoicing, and data analysis to support operational decisions.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field and 3 years' experience in facilities management, construction management, mechanical maintenance, engineering, or related area OR 5 years' experience in facilities management, construction management, mechanical maintenance, engineering, or related area.
EPA 608 Certification within 90 days of hire.
