Ecommerce Marketing Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Ecommerce Marketing Manager to oversee and drive the performance of our Amazon business. This interim role is focused on managing day-to-day operations, executing strategic marketing initiatives, and ensuring a strong brand presence across the Amazon platform. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with Amazon Vendor Central and a proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally to meet growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Amazon Channel Management: Lead daily operations of the Amazon business, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and growth targets.

Vendor Central Operations: Manage product listings, uploads, and updates within Amazon Vendor Central.

Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop quarterly plans and promotional campaigns in collaboration with internal teams to support sales growth.

Performance Analysis: Track and report SKU-level performance across Amazon and .com platforms through weekly and monthly analytics.

Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ASIN details, product listings, and platform alerts.

Relationship Management: Maintain a strong working relationship with the Amazon account representative to support business needs.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Creative, and Operations teams to ensure cohesive execution of ecommerce strategies.

Content Optimization: Ensure product listings are accurate, optimized, and aligned with brand standards.

Forecasting & Reporting: Support inventory planning and forecasting based on promotional calendars and performance trends.

Qualifications

3-5+ years of experience in ecommerce marketing, with a focus on Amazon Vendor Central.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and make actionable recommendations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams to align on goals and execution.

Preferred Skills

Deep understanding of Amazon's ecosystem, including Vendor Central, ASIN management, and promotional tools.

Familiarity with ecommerce analytics platforms and reporting tools.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve listing issues efficiently.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00/hr.
