Position Summary

Provides customer support to customers regarding freight inquiries. Establishes effective communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and uphold high-quality service standards.

Major Tasks and Responsibilities

Handles inbound calls and responds to customer inquiries.

Engages in daily communication with customers to resolve freight-related issues.

Follows established customer service processes and procedures.

Resolves escalated customer issues, complaints, and questions.

Maintains records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions.

Monitors calls and analyzes reports to identify opportunities for enhancing overall customer satisfaction.

Assists with auditing and correcting freight bill invoices.

Preferred Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.

5+ years of customer service experience.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Demonstrated customer service and computer skills.

Pay Rate: $19.86 - $22.85 per hour, based on experience
