The Work: Keep the flow moving - loading, unloading, and sorting products all shift long Pick and pack orders so they're right the first time, every time Use scanners to track what's in and out (easy to learn, we'll show you) Stay active on your feet, lift up to 50 lbs, and keep up the pace Stick to safety rules - your crew depends on it Double-check labels and counts so nothing gets missed Show up ready to hustle and knock out the day's goals Work side-by-side with your team and back each other up Step up for overtime or extra shifts when it counts
