Job Summary and Qualifications

The Administrative Assistant performs office organization functions, minor executive duties, and clerical support to assist the Administrative Team and others as may be assigned. The assistant serves as a representative in the daily communications between physicians, hospital executives and Department Directors / Employees; business community; and with HCA Corporate staff.

What you will do in this role:

Determines priority on patient care and completes work within appropriate time frame.

Delegates work appropriately to job classification with clear concise directions.

Ensures accuracy & completeness of work performed.

Follows hospital policy and procedure in performing job functions, skills and tasks.

Willing to adjust personal schedule in cases of workload fluctuations or other departmental needs.

when the assigned work is complete, it seeks additional tasks to be done.

Perform well in stress and emergency situations, demonstrating effective coping skills

Follows through with assignments and informs supervisor if unable to complete task.

What qualifications you will need:

High School Graduate / GED
