Adecco is actively recruiting for Administrative Assistant positions with a local client in Rutland, VT. In this role, you will answer customer phone calls to provide information, take messages, or transfer calls to the appropriate individuals. You will provide customer service excellence in every interaction, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience for clients and visitors. Your responsibilities will also include greeting visitors, scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling filing and archiving tasks to maintain organized records. Apply now!

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED

This position is entry-level, no experience necessary

Working knowledge of professional office practices and procedures

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Strong communication skills with a proven ability to deliver high-quality customer service

Outstanding telephone etiquette

Excellent organizational abilities

Confidentiality management

Shift:

Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm

Pay Details: $21.00 to $22.00 per hour
