Customer Service/Administrative Assistant Representative

Adecco is looking for people with strong Administrative Assistant skills with problem-solving skills for a client site in the Glendale area! This is a nice opportunity for anyone to work for a company with over 100 years of service. This is a 6 month temporary assignment.

Responsibilities:

Assist with various administrative duties such as answering phone calls and entering sales information in the system.

Post sales to property maps site and all embellishment placements and new property release lines.

Place daily orders and ensure engraving orders are approved and scheduled for on-time delivery with respective vendors.

Evaluate requests for property buybacks and present offer when able.

Update any sales and email specific departments with notifications of sale and prep property for release and subsequent email notifications and update client's computer system.

Maintain and issue property inventory lists to client's location on a quarterly basis.

Manage and track statuary movement forms.

Update and distribute costs and dimensions to appropriate departments.

Establish shelf stock for assortment held in client's locations and manage daily bulk product ordering or property cancellations.

For new property developments: create property sheets, coordinate photographs to be taken, add to client's company portal.

When property price points change, monitor where information needs to change including website, or outside portals.

Other assignments as required.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED.

Experience 3-5 years of Administrative Assistant experience

Minimum of 5 years of customer service/problem solving skills

Strong computer skills in MS Suite with 45 wpm and Google Sheets; MS Excel and MS Teams.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work independently and strong time management skills

Must be detail-oriented with documentation and follow-up skills.

Bilingual in Spanish or Armenian is a plus

Ability to lift up 10lbs.

Shifts Available:

Shifts are available from Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Pay Details: $23.00 per hour
