General Production Associate - Entry Level

Our client, a leading manufacturer in the industrial and production sector, is seeking a General Operator to join their team. As a General Operator, you will be part of the Operations department supporting Production and Quality teams. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, dependability, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: General Production

Location: Chicopee, MA

Pay Range: $18.49/hour

Shift: First Shift (Day Shift)

What's the Job?

Operate machinery and equipment in a safe and productive manner

Load and unload raw materials or finished goods

Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality

Maintain clean and organized work areas

Follow supervisor instructions and adhere to safety protocols

What's Needed?

High school diploma or GED

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods

Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting (preferred)

Ability to follow safety guidelines and wear required PPE

Willingness to work First Shift and occasional overtime
