We are looking for a Strategic Procurement & Supply Chain Management Specialist . This position will be based in Buffalo Grove, IL (Hybrid office schedule)

You'll?make an impact by:

Strategic Commodity Management: Define and implement commodity strategies based on market analysis, demand, and supplier performance to ensure cost-efficient and secure supply.

Manage supplier relationships across a variety of commodity sets to support project and business objectives.

Perform benchmarking and market analysis for prospective suppliers.

Support sourcing for new projects and initiatives, driving year-over-year cost reductions.

Contribute to Design-to-Cost and Design for Manufacturability projects.

Monitor supplier performance to ensure delivery, reliability, and quality targets are met.

Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and quality teams to improve data integrity.

Assist in preparing and analyzing reports for strategic procurement decision-making.

You'll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (required).

1+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or related fields.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.

Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

Internship or co-op experience in procurement, supply chain, or strategic sourcing preferred.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

High level of organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
