What You'll Do:
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergencies as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including the perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related issues to appropriate personnel.
Work collaboratively with site staff and visitors to promote a secure environment.
Document and communicate security-related incidents and activities according to Allied Universal protocols.
Maintain a visible presence to help to deter unwanted activity and provide reassurance to employees and visitors.

Availability across various days and shifts
Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments
A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company
Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available
Minimum Requirements:
Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
A valid driver's license is required and must meet Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
