Position Overview
We are seeking a Channel Manager-Dealer Operations to join our team!
The Channel Manager-Dealer Operations will report to the Director of Network Management and serve as the primary liaison between International and dealer principals/executives. This role is accountable for dealer performance, onboarding new dealers, and driving strategic growth initiatives across the network. You will also develop and manage facility guides to help dealers meet evolving customer needs and leverage software tools to identify optimal locations for future dealerships. The Channel Manager will ensure compliance with brand standards, enforce dealer agreements, and support dealers in strengthening operations and customer experience outcomes.
This position requires a balance of relationship management, strategic planning, and operational oversight. The Channel Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams across Sales, Service, Parts, Marketing, and Financing to ensure dealers are supported for long-term success while aligning footprint optimization with business priorities.
Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact between International and assigned Dealer Principals/Executives.
Monitor dealer performance metrics including Dealer Score, Prestige Standards, and Customer Experience (CX) results.
Approve and guide dealer planning around branding, facilities, and signage to ensure alignment with company standards.
Provide support and coaching to help dealers understand and improve performance.
Collaborate cross-functionally to align footprint optimization with business priorities.
Lead onboarding of new dealers and expansions into new AORs.
Serve as administrator of ArcGIS/WebGIS, ensuring data accuracy and supporting scenario simulations.
Conduct network analysis and footprint optimization (coverage, capacity, performance, potential) using ArcGIS software.
Own and continuously improve the International Network Coverage and Capabilities Guide.
Enforce dealer contracts, implement Dealer Performance Improvement Plans (DPIPs), and manage breach/termination processes as required.
Collaborate with dealers on long-term planning, including succession and investment strategies.
Oversee dealer transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, and external investments.
Track and report capital investment activity within the dealer network.
Ensure timely submission of monthly financials by assigned dealers.
Partner with internal teams (Sales, Parts, Service, Financing, Used Truck, Marketing) to provide dealer support.
Lead successful program rollouts, including strategic partnerships.
Support dealer recruiting and talent development to strengthen organizational culture
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree
At least 12 years of project/program management experience
At least 2 years of lead experience
OR
Master's degree
At least 8 years of project/program management experience
At least 2 years of lead experience
OR
At least 14 years of project/program management experience
At least 2 years of lead experience
Additional Requirements

Desired Skills
Strong analytical and self-starter mindset, with proven ability in data analysis and KPI reporting (GIS experience a plus).
Background in dealer networks, distribution channels, or field sales organizations.
Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and CRM/reporting tools.
Demonstrated perseverance, motivation, and teamwork.
Ability to identify field-level opportunities and translate insights into actionable initiatives.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with an operational and financial mindset.
Willingness to travel as needed to support dealer relationships and initiatives.
