Job Description
The Global Delivery Strategic Engagement Operations Group Manager is a strategic leadership role responsible for shaping the front-end strategy and driving enterprise-wide adoption of external workforce initiatives. This individual will serve as a key partner to executive leadership, participate in high-level meetings, and act as a primary liaison for stakeholder engagement. Based in Minneapolis, this role is designed as a likely successor position and will play a critical role in building the pipeline of future opportunities and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the strategic engagement lead and SME across the team, representing the function in executive meetings and enterprise forums.
Drive internal communications and marketing efforts to promote external workforce initiatives and adoption.
Coordinate product and service demonstrations to internal stakeholders and potential partners.
Monitor and report on industry trends and market developments to inform strategy and positioning.
Lead RFX coordination efforts in partnership with Enterprise Procurement & Partnerships (EPP).
Build and manage a pipeline of strategic opportunities and partnerships.
Travel internationally up to 25% of the time (approximately 13 weeks per year) to support global capabilities and relationship-building.
Basic Qualifications
Management/supervisory experience
10 or more years of banking or other relevant experience
Ability to travel internationally up to 25% of the time.
Preferred Skills/Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or relevant field
Proven experience working within a Global Capabilities Center (GCC) or captive model.
Strong executive presence and ability to influence at senior levels.
Demonstrated success in strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and change adoption.
Experience with internal communications, marketing, or stakeholder engagement strategies.
Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
Considerable tact, diplomacy and people skills
Location Expectations
The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $170,255.00 - $200,300.00
