The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for warehouse operations.

This position reports to the Director, Distribution Center and is part of the Shipping/Receiving team located in New Brighton and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, order picking, packing, and shipping of medical devices and components.

Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, ISO standards, and internal Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.

Implement and promote LEAN principles (5S, Kaizen, Visual Management, Standard Work) to improve process efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance productivity.

Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, inventory turnover, and warehouse cycle times.

Manage documentation according to Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and ensure accurate data entry in Warehouse Management System (WMS).

The essential requirements of the job include:

Minimum 2+ years of warehouse experience with 2+ year of supervisory experience.

Working knowledge of relevant software such as WMS systems, ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Axapta) for reviewing open orders, inventory check, order management, and Microsoft Office.

High school diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

Experience in a regulated environment (medical, pharmaceutical, biotech, or similar)

Experience with medical-grade inventory handling, lot/batch tracking, and sterile packaging protocols

The annual salary range for this role is $90,000 to $100,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.

We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
